View incoming/outgoing messages in Queue
SMTP Test
Click on Domains
Click on Domain Manager
Click on the Domain you wish to run the SMTP test from
Click on IP Configuration
Enter the following information for the test
Destination Server: <ip of mail server or mx address of mail server>
Valid Test Email Address: <valid email address for domain>
Dest Port: Use 25 unless default is not being used
Re-send emails
Login to Spam Stopper
Select
Domains
from the top
Scroll down the list to find the domain you will be working on and click
Manage Domains
Click
Message Log
Search for messages that need to be re-sent
Select the check box beside the message to be re-sent
Click
deliver
Note:
It may take a few minutes per email, so sending emails all at once will take a long long time
Add Sender to Safe/Allow List
Login to Spam Stopper
Select
Domains
from the top
Scroll down the list to find the domain you will be working on and click
Manage Domains
Mouse over BLOCK/ACCEPT and choose Sender Filters
Under
Allowed Email Addresses and Domains
type in the sender's email address or domain and click
Add
Re-send Spam Stopper Report/Reset Spam Stopper Password
Type the email address into the
Username
field.
Click
Create New Password
Resend Mail Stuck in Queue
If mail has been stuck in spam stopper due to an exchange server issue and you have finished fixing the exchange server issue then do the following to re-send mail that has been stuck in the spam stopper queue.
Login to spam stopper
Click on
Administration
Scroll to bottom of page and click
Retry
